The major aspect of determining demands of jigs, fixtures and tools (JFT) at the stage of adoption of the production program is of the current importance. It is suggested to use a module technology principle for solving this problem, since in practice JFT determining demands are based on the results of manufacturing process design.

Projection aspects of a combined cutting and deforming tool special design for studying the main characteristics of finish-ing gear-working of shaving-rolling cylindrical gear wheels. Large focus is given to the issues of shaping the main cutting elements of the tool and the possibility of its manufacture in the conditions of modern tool production. The necessity of using an integral tool design in the context of its operation in a manner similar to the turning process is substantiated.

THE EFFECT OF REINFORCEMENT WITH A TITANIUM CARBIDE HIGH-DISPERSITY PHASE AND SUBSEQUENT HEAT TREATMENT ON THE STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF THE AMG6 ALLOY
Аннотация
The analysis of mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of industrial alloy AMg6 and composite material AMg6-10%TiC obtained by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis is carried out. It is shown that the existence of a carbide phase and subsequent heating up to 230 ℃ allows increasing the hardness by 17 % and maintaining a high corrosion re-sistance of the composite.

INFLUENCE OF CONDITIONS OF PLASMA SPRAYING OF ALUMINUM OXIDE POWDER ON THE POROSITY AND ELECTRICAL RESISTANCE OF A COATING
Аннотация
Research evidence of plasma parameters effect when spraying aluminum oxide powder, causing the porosity and electrical resistance of the coating is offered in the article. A mathematical model of the coating effect dependence on spray coating modes, e.g. plasmotron distance to underlay surface, current strength and hydrogen consumption is proposed. Positive cor-relation between the porosity and the electrical resistance of the coating is shown.

IMPACT ASSESSMENT OF ULTRASONIC VIBRATIONS ON THE STRESS STATE OF THE HOLE SURFACE LAYER WHEN TREATED BY THE CALIBRATION METHOD
Аннотация
A design project for calibrating holes in parts, e.g. in hobs, discs, gear wheels, un-der conditions of ultrasonic effects application is suggested. Formula, providing a way for varying the value of the ultrasonic pulse pbr in a part is derived. It allows ensuring the required accuracy of the hole at lower pressures in the contact zone of a mandrel with the treated surface and, as a consequence, to reduce the magnitude of the traction force of the calibration process, which is especially important in hole-making operations for parts subjected to heat treatment.

Аннотация
The present state research overviews on the use of ultrasonic vibrations in press joints. The main effect occurring in ultra-sonic activation for pressed parts is friction force break. The works investigating the effect of ultrasound on the friction of various materials, as well as the application of this effect in pressing are viewed in the article.
