论证。保障人群生殖健康是卫生保健体系与国家监管中最为重要的问题之一。

目的。评估俄罗斯联邦0–17岁男童中与生殖健康障碍相关疾病的发病水平,分析0–17岁男童生殖系统器官外科手术的性质,包括高技术医疗方法的应用情况。并对为生殖系统疾病患儿提供外科医疗救治的人员保障状况进行分析。

方法。研究资料来源于联邦统计监测报表(第12号表、第30号表)中关于发病率及人员配置的数据,覆盖俄罗斯联邦全部地区;同时纳入覆盖68个地区的首席编外儿童外科专家资料。在可分析的68个地区中,居住着约80%的俄罗斯儿童人口。研究采用描述性统计方法和相关性分析方法。

结果。研究结果显示,俄罗斯联邦各主体之间在疾病流行水平及生殖系统外科手术数量方面存在显著差异,这在一定程度上与儿童外科医师及儿童泌尿—男科医师的配置水平相关。研究强调,有必要采用综合性的跨学科方法,包括疾病预防、早期诊断、专科医疗服务体系的发展,以及持续监测儿童和青少年生殖健康状况,并确保青年及成年男性后续治疗的连续性。

结论。对男童生殖系统疾病进行及时而规范的诊断与外科治疗,对于维护生殖健康、防止并发症及不育具有关键意义。
