Хирургическая реконструкция мягких тканей дистальных фаланг пальцев кисти у детей. Обзор литературы

Аннотация

Травмы дистальных фаланг пальцев кисти относят к наиболее часто встречающимся видам повреждений кисти у детей. В настоящее время нет единого подхода к лечению детей с дефектами дистальных фаланг пальцев кисти. В отечественной литературе публикации на тему повреждений дистальных фаланг пальцев кисти у детей немногочисленны. На сегодняшний день одним из наиболее лечения детей с дефектами ногтевых фаланг является укорочение пальцев с формированием культей. Систематический поиск проведен в базах данных PubMed, Web of Science, eLibrary, РИНЦ, Cyberleninka. Отобрано 86 публикаций по хирургическому лечению пациентов с дефектами ногтевых фаланг пальцев кисти. В настоящем обзоре литературы описаны варианты консервативного и хирургического лечения пациентов с дефектами мягких тканей ногтевых фаланг. Освещены их основные преимущества и недостатки с точки зрения авторов статьи. Проблема лечения детей с дефектами ногтевых фаланг остается недооцененной среди большинства детских хирургов и травматологов в нашей стране. При травмах ногтевых фаланг необходимо наиболее полное восстановление длины, контура и чувствительности ногтевой фаланги с сохранением максимального объема движений пальца и минимальным донорским дефектом. Данная проблема и пути ее решения требуют более широкого освещения и внедрения в отечественном здравоохранении.
