详细
自从Claudius Galena(公元130-200年)首次描述修复损伤的肌腱以来,已经过去了近两千年。修复手部屈肌腱损伤是全球范围内以及儿童损伤特别重要的复杂问题。在本综述中,讨论了儿童手部屈肌腱修复的不同方法。系统性搜索在PubMed、Web of Science、eLibrary、RSCI和Cyberleninka数据库中进行。分析了268个来源,查看了127篇文章,选取了60篇关于手部深屈肌腱损伤的手术治疗的出版物。综述中介绍了屈肌腱手术修复的历史数据以及与康复方案结合的现代治疗方法。文章指出了主要的优缺点。尽管手外科取得了显著进展,但目前手部屈肌腱损伤的功能恢复不满意的比例仍然较高,这无疑反映了在成年人和儿童中修复屈肌腱问题的重要性和紧迫性。如往常一样,最复杂的问题仍然是儿童手指屈肌腱在纤维滑膜管区域的修复。
