Abstract
Первые сообщения о единичных случаях беременности у больных муковисцидозом появились в 1960-х годах и описывали высокий риск для матери и плода в связи со значительным числом осложнений беременности и родов и высокой материнской смертностью в этой группе больных. Как правило, эти сообщения заканчивались выводом о необходимости активной контрацепции у больных муковисцидозом, вплоть до медицинской стерилизации. Однако в последние годы был накоплен научный и клинический опыт, изменивший взгляд о влиянии беременности на течение муковисцидоза.
