Abstract

Катастрофический антифосфолипидный синдром (КАФС, синдром Ашерсона) является наиболее тяжелой формой антифосфолипидного синдрома (АФС). Он проявляется множественными тромбозами жизненно важных органов и развитием синдрома полиорганной недостаточности (ПОН) на фоне высокого титра антифосфолипидных антител (АФА) [1]. Этот синдром носит имя Ашерсона, который в 1992 г. впервые ввел в клиническую практику термин КАФС [2]. Хотя КАФС развивается менее чем у 1% из всех пациентов с АФС, он является угрожающим жизни состоянием и требует неотложной терапии. Летальность при КАФС достигает 50% [3]. Несмотря на то что изучению КАФС в последние годы уделяется пристальное внимание, часто КАФС не диагностируется и, следовательно, не применяются рекомендуемые методы терапии. Ведущей задачей в настоящее время становится изучение этиологии и патогенеза этого состояния.
