Внутриматочная гормональная система: особенности влияния на организм женщин (обзор литературы)

Аннотация

Наиболее популярными методами контрацепции у женщин, страдающих СД, являются малоэффективные барьерные и естественные методы планирования семьи. Второе место по популярности занимает внутриматочная контрацепция (ВМК). С целью снизить риск возникновения побочных эффектов, ассоциированных с ВМС, была разработана и внедрена в практику внутриматочная система с левоноргестрелом, являющаяся ВМС третьего поколения, которая сочетает в себе положительные свойства ВМС и оральной контрацепции (ОК) и нивилирует отрицательные эффекты того и другого метода.
