Abstract

Обзор подгатовлен к.м.н. Л.М. Ильиной В настоящее время общепризнанно, что заместительная гормональная терапия улучшает качество жизни женщин в периоде климактерия, а также обладает долгосрочными защитными эффектами - предотвращает потерю костной массы, атрофические процессы в урогенитальном тракте и снижает риск развития сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний в постменопаузе. Высокая эффективность, хорошая переносимость, быстрое достижение состояния без кровотечений, а также дополнительные преимущества, обусловленные "гибридным" гестагеном диеногестом, позволяют утверждать, что климодиен является новым стандартом заместительной гормональной терапии в постменопаузе, позволяющим улучшить качество жизни, сохранить здоровье и женственность в этом возрастном периоде.
