The numbering of records in Reference must match the numbering of records in the structural element "List of sources". The structural element "References" is formatted in accordance with Vancouver Style.

The bibliographic description of the List of sources is formatted in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 7.0.100-2018. The list includes records only for those resources that are mentioned or cited in the main text of the article. Bibliographic records are numbered and arranged in the order in which the sources are mentioned or cited in the text of the article (not alphabetically).

It is recommended that the list include only peer-reviewed sources (monographs, articles from scientific journals, dissertations, abstracts, conference materials, report abstracts). Other materials used in the text (archival data, field materials, etc.) are recommended to be formatted as footnotes at the bottom of the page. When citing or reproducing material, the specific page number must be indicated in square brackets after the source, separated by a comma: [1, p. 15].
