Determination and correction of cognitive disorders at patients with cardiovascular diseases

Abstract

Pathogenic causes and clinical features of vascular cognitve disorders were studied in this article. The role of serotonin in the development of vasoconstriction causing decrease of cerebral blood circulation was identified. Dusopharm affect treating light and moderate disorders was studied. The assessment data of clinical effectiveness and safety of Dusopharm use at patients with vascular cognitive disorders in out patient clinical practice were demonstrated.
