Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a disease associated with the development of various complications. Diabetic neuropathy is one of the most serious complications. We discussed the key links of diabetic neuropathy pathogenesis. We indicated the importance of early detection and treatment of the chronic complications of diabetes mellitus. We discussed the approaches to the treatment of diabetic neuropathy using vitamin B complex.
