Abstract
Несовершенная адаптация организма к физиологическому выключению функции яичников в период менопаузального перехода у 35–80% женщин приводит к развитию климактерического синдрома, выражающегося комплексом симптомов нервно-психического, вегетососудистого и обменно-трофического характера [1]. От 50 до 70% женщин в климактерии обращаются за медицинской помощью по поводу психовегетативных нарушений. Еще более важным является тот неоспоримый факт, что патологическое течение менопаузального перехода увеличивает риск развития сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ), остеопороза и, следовательно, не только ухудшает качество жизни, но и сокращает ее продолжительность.
