Abstract
В последние годы в клиническую практику с успехом внедряются неинвазивные способы введения лекарственных препаратов через кожу. Внешне напоминающая обычный пластырь, прилипающая к коже полимерная матрица, содержащая лекарственные вещества, обеспечивает постоянную скорость высвобождения активной субстанции и ее стабильное попадание в кожу, где создается тканевое депо-препарата. В зависимости от матричного дизайна, лекарственное средство может диффундировать только в верхние слои кожи или проникать в системный кровоток через сосуды ее нижних слоев.
