Abstract

Лечение больных с клиническими признаками обострения коронарной болезни сердца (КБС) – острыми коронарными синдромами (ОКС) – начинается с постановки диагноза. ОКС – клиническое понятие. Соответственно, для его выявления достаточно правильно собрать анамнез. Последующее обследование позволяет определить, связаны ли имеющиеся симптомы с наличием КБС (и, соответственно, насколько необходимо проведение углубленной дифференциальной диагностики)*, предположить патогенетические механизмы, лежащие в основе утяжеления заболевания, а также оценить риск осложнений и неблагоприятного исхода. В итоге появляется возможность выбрать тактику дальнейшего ведения больного
