Abstract

Проблема лечения гастроэзофагеального рефлюкса была обсуждена на встрече экспертов в области гастроэнтерологии и акушерства-гинекологии. Был сделан вывод о том, что антациды, содержащие большие дозы алюминия, не следует применять для лечения рефлюкса во время беременности. В качестве альтернативы было предложено использовать антациды, в состав которых входят карбонат кальция и соли магния в небольшой дозе.
