Abstract

Интерес к проблемам, касающимся классификации, оценки активности и исходов серонегативных спондилоартритов (ССА), возобновившийся в последние годы, отчасти связан с применением новых терапевтических методик, в том числе биологических агентов. Вопросы классификации особенно важны для клиницистов, поскольку единый подход в этой области способствует лучшему пониманию патогенетических механизмов, помогает определить терапевтическую стратегию и прогнозировать ответ на лечение.
