Abstract
В связи с большой актуальностью данной проблемы представляется целесообразным изложить основные положения этого документа, учитывая, что подобные рекомендации в России отсутствуют. Под "бессимптомной бактериурией", или бессимптомной инфекцией мочевыводящих путей (ИМП), подразумевается выделение определенного количества бактерий из правильно собранного анализа мочи, полученного от лиц, не имеющих симптомов или признаков ИМП. В настоящих практических рекомендациях обсуждаются критерии, рекомендуемые для установления диагноза бессимптомной бактериурии и принципы ее лечения у пациентов старше 18 лет.
