Abstract
Во многих случаях тяжесть бронхиальной астмы БА недооценивается больными, родителями и врачами, а степень контроля переоценивается. Следствием этого является недостаточно эффективное лечение, низкий комплаенс, риск прогрессирования заболевания и более тяжелого течения. Современная медикаментозная терапия БА у детей направлена на уменьшение или ликвидацию воспалительного процесса в дыхательных путях. В настоящее время применяется принцип ступенчатой терапии, что означает использование медикаментозных препаратов в зависимости от тяжести заболевания. В фармакотерапии БА у детей используют также различные комбинации препаратов, учитывающие синергизм действия.
