Аннотация

Abstract—It is established that, upon thermal cycling of vanadium dioxide VO₂ and solid solutions on its basis V_1 – xFe_xO₂, the elemental composition of the surface of samples changes toward a decrease in the oxygen content. It is shown that alloying with iron decreases the change in the elemental composition of the surface of samples.
