Large-Scale Changes in the Development of Human Civilization and the Social Megaproject of the XXI Century

The article analyzes the current problems caused by the sharp aggravation of the confrontation between the collective West and Russia and a number of other equally important changes and processes that form the current critical state of uncertainty about the fate of mankind. Collectively, all these changes are included as integral components in the process of transition of human civilization from industrial to electronic-digital, with its corresponding social reality. Based on the results of scientific understanding of the global problem of mankind, scientists come to a number of conclusions and form concrete proposals within the framework of a Social Megaproject of the XXI century based on the principles of the 'United Eurasia' model. Justifications are given for the need to create, under the leadership of permanent members of the UN Security Council, an 'International Center for Infrastructural Integration' (ICI) with the task of developing a theory of certainty with the inclusion of an algorithm for scientific management of human civilization.
