Аннотация
Issues related to the nature and classification of legal principles governing legal relations, as well as labor relations, in the 20th and early 21st centuries were actively researched by scholars specializing in both general legal theory and labor law. In the course of studying these issues, the author came to the conclusion that, as a rule, the works were carried out in accordance with the concepts of legal positivism or various types of integrative understanding of law.
The article is based on the general dialectical method of cognition. The work also uses general theoretical methods – deduction, induction, systems analysis, and synthesis – as well as specific scientific methods – historical, legal analysis, and formal logic. The study was conducted in accordance with one of the types of integrative understanding of law, according to which only ontologically homogeneous legal regulators of legal relations, including labor relations, can be synthesized in a unified system of law.
In the new reality of an emerging polycentric world, the author believes that more specific, binding, and enforceable legal regulators of legal relations, including labor relations, are necessary. With such general scientific and theoretical approaches, the principles of law governing legal relations, in particular labor relations, are recognized as primary, binding, and enforceable legal regulators, uniform and comparable with other legal regulators. The conclusion of the article provides a classification of various principles of law in a polycentric world.
