Registration and login are required for submitting items online, and for checking the status of current submissions.
Author Guidelines
- Articles with scientific novelty, originality, relevance, practical significance and designed in accordance with the established "Requirements for the content and design of articles proposed for publication in the journal "Values and Meanings" are accepted for publication in the journal. Articles that do not meet the stated requirements, as well as contradict the editorial ethics of the journal, will not be accepted. The time interval for reviewing received articles is from three to six months.
- By submitting an article to the editorial board, the author(s) automatically transfers the exclusive rights to its publication and is responsible for the fact that the material has not been previously published (in printed or electronic, abbreviated or expanded versions, in foreign translations), as well as for the accuracy of reproduction of names, titles, citations, formulas. - The journal does not publish articles containing signs of falsification of scientific research results, source data and information, borrowings from other people's texts. The originality of the article text should be at least 80%. It is not allowed to use special programs or macros that hide the borrowed text when checking for plagiarism by adding hidden characters, multiple spaces between words, rearranging words, or replacing letters of the Russian alphabet with English. If violations of the above requirements are found, the editorial board of the journal has the right to refuse the author(s) to review the article. 1. The author must inform the editorial board whether he has used intelligent processing of the text of the article. 2. Recommended article structure: ¾ introduction; problem statement, purpose of the article, review of scientific literature; ¾ methodology and research methods; , research results, discussion; conclusion (conclusions, research prospects, practical relevance).
Design of articles
The manuscript is provided in Russian and includes the following information: 1) the title of the article (in Russian and English); 2) Universal Decimal Classification (UDC); 3) basic information about the author(s): surname, first name, patronymic (in full), academic degree, academic title, position, place of work, city, country, e-mail address; 4) unique digital identifier of the author (ORCID ID); 5) a short abstract - at least 1,500 characters with spaces (in Russian and English); 6) keywords - no more than 8-10 words or phrases (in Russian and English); 7) data on the grant and other sources of financing for the creation of materials described in the article (if necessary for the author); 8) the main text of the article (recommended length: 25-30 thousand characters with spaces); 9) the list of references in alphabetical order (first Russian-language sources, then English-language ones) after the main text; 10) references - foreign sources are given in the original language, Russian sources are transliterated with [In Rus] at the end. https://translitonline.com/nastrojki/

Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with each of the following items, and submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned to the authors.
References to the cited sources are given in [square brackets]. Comments (notes) are provided with references in the text (in parentheses) and are given after the text of the article before the list of references. Typing parameters: Microsoft Word; Times New Roman font; size 14 regular; no hyphenation; line spacing 1.5; width alignment; margins 2 cm; paragraph indentation 1 cm.); Please note: the names of the authors of the sources used are indicated in italics. Footnotes and references should be drawn up without dividing dashes, with mandatory indication of the publisher, the total number of pages in the source, and the page spacing for journal articles and publications in collections. All the authors of each publication are indicated. If there are more than 3 authors, then three surnames are indicated and then - "etc.");
Privacy Statement
The editorial Board of the journal and the administration of the website of the journal do not transfer personal information in any way specified by the users when working with the website of the journal to third parties, except for those cases and to the extent specified in the terms of the copyright agreement.
The affiliation work and e-mail address of the authors of the manuscript accepted for publication will be published in the section "information about the authors" of the printed version of the journal and in the section "about the authors" on the page of the article on the website of the journal.
The phone number of the corresponding author will be known only to the editorial Board Secretariat and will only be used in cases of emergency.
