Abstract
The focus group was conducted within the scope of «Normative legal activities in stomatology» round table. A number of experts, including dental scientists, heads of dental clinics and experts in the field of medical law and bioethics, had been invited to participate in the focus group discussion. The experts concluded that the basic ethical problems in stomatology arose because of low level of the dentist's social security. New public health laws do not insure this security.
