Abstract
The article gives insight into the peculiarities of the Islamic view of the modern assisted reproductive technology and provides extensive quotations from the sources of the canonical Islamic laws. The article caters to theologians interested in a wide range of issues associated with the introduction of modern assisted reproductive technologies, as well as specialists in the field of biomedical ethics and readership interested in bioethics.
