Abstract
The Vice-president of the Inter-regional Society of experts of evidance-based medicine professor V.V.Vlasov has kindly passed to us the letter sent by a group of patients. The editer board considers the issue rather important and publishes the letter completely. We hope, that our readers will express theier opinions on the mentioned problem.
