Public Administration Issues

The journal Public Administration Issues has been published by the State University - Higher School of Economics since 2007.

The journal is published quarterly in Russian and annually publishes two issues in English. All issues contain original articles by Russian and foreign authors. The editorial board consists of leading Russian and foreign scientists in the field of public administration as well as prominent practitioners. The journal is indexed in the international databases: Scopus, RePEc, EBSCO and the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) on the platform of Web of Science. The journal is included in the list of key peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia for the publication of the main scientific results of dissertations for the academic degrees of candidate and doctor of science in the field of Public and Municipal Administration.
