Abstract

In recent years, in new socio-economic conditions, the country’s technological sovereignty has become the main factor of economic growth and national security: it presupposes the scientific, technical and industrial development of its own industries and technologies, and the independence of politics and economics from foreign technologies. The concept of technological sovereignty is one of the main strategic development goals of Russia and its regions.

The article talks about the relevance and importance of standardization and quality management against the background of the need to ensure Russia’s technological sovereignty, which is noted at all levels of government. Mechanisms for reengineering the system of lifelong education in the field of standardization and quality management as an element of the formation of the country’s technological sovereignty are considered, as well as approaches to assessing its level of support are presented.
