Послеоперационное обезболивание нефопама гидрохлоридом в пластической хирургии

Аннотация
Проспективное клиническое исследование выполнено в раннем послеоперационном периоде у 150 пациенток после пластических и эстетических операций. Оценивали обезболивающий эффект и переносимость нефопама гидрохлорида в первые часы после операции. Установлено, что нефопама гидрохлорид является полезным и безопасным анальгетиком в терапии слабой и умеренной боли после пластических и эстетических операций. Внутримышечное введение нефопама сопровождается гемодинамической реакцией в виде тахикардии и повышения артериального давления, что следует учитывать при послеоперационном обезболивании пациентов с нарушением сердечного ритма, ишемической болезнью сердца и гипертонической болезнью.
