Аннотация

В обзоре изложены физико-химические и фармакокинетические свойства местных анестетиков, ответственных за эффективность методов регионарной анестезии, а также подробно рассмотрены все, известные на сегодняшний день, системные эффекты местных анестетиков, позволяющие более широко посмотреть на возможности их применения в интенсивной терапии.
