Semantic ambiguities in the state strategy of political education of young citizens

The subject of this publication is the analysis of problems of the meaning of some fundamentally important guidelines of the modern state strategy of political education of young Russian citizens. Uncertainties in the meaning of such guidelines are found in regulatory documents that define the goals and objectives of all work of state institutions in this direction. Accordingly, there is a diffi culty in reliably determining to what extent the result of this work meets the expectations of the state and society, their political interests. The author sees the reason for the existence of semantic uncertainties in the state strategy of political education of Russian citizens in the complex organization of the ideological foundations of Russian domestic policy, the competition of liberal and conservative motivations of its subjects. The article substantiates the author’s position, according to which, under the conditions of the current political moment, it is necessary to specify those concepts and defi nitions on which all political and educational work of the state with citizens is based today. Without this, systematicity in educational work and accuracy in assessing its results are impossible.
