Abstract

В практике врача-гематолога, как правило, встречаются пациенты с периферической и средостенной лимфаденопатией, при исследовании которой будет верифицирован диагноз генерализованной герминогенной опухоли (ГЕО) с вовлечением гонад или внегонадной забрюшинной/медиастинальной локализацией. Герминомы центральной нервной системы (ЦНС) подлежат дифференциальному диагнозу с первичной лимфомой ЦНС. В данном сообщении мы приводим краткое описание трех таких наблюдений.
