Abstract
Несмотря на существование в настоящее время четкой концепции о фоновых процессах, предраке и раке шейки матки (РШМ), а также надежного и доступного тестового контроля (цитологический метод исследования и кольпоскопия), РШМ до настоящего времени остается актуальной проблемой в онкогинекологии. Неуклонный рост заболеваемости среди женщин молодого возраста, а также заметное увеличение числа больных с распространенными стадиями заболевания диктуют необходимость разработки новых и совершенствование уже существующих методов лечения РШМ. На сегодняшний день лучевой и хирургический методы лечения или их комбинация являются наиболее эффективными и считаются стандартом, но вместе с тем они имеют и свои ограничения.С целью улучшения результатов лечения больных РШМ последние десятилетия изучаются возможности лекарственной терапии и ее сочетание со стандартными методами. Полученные в настоящее время данные показывают, что ХЛЛ (химиотерапия цисплатином в монорежиме или в комбинации с другими цитостатиками на фоне ЛТ) является достаточно эффективной при лечении местно-распространенного РШМ. Однако ряд вопросов остается нерешенным и требует дальнейшего продолжения исследований. Представленные обнадеживающие результаты исследований последних лет о роли химиотерапии в лечении прогностически неблагоприятной группы больных местно-распространенным и метастатическим РШМ позволяют рассчитывать на значительное улучшение показателей лечения. Проводимые в дальнейшем исследования по изучению фармакологического действия новых форм цитостатиков и их комбинаций, возможно, покажут лучшие результаты лечения РШМ, тем самым переведя его на качественно новый уровень.
