Abstract
В последние годы большое внимание уделяется созданию новых антиметаболитов с высокой избирательностью и специфичностью противоопухолевого действия. Особый интерес вызывает томудекс , который является специфическим ингибитором тимидилат синтетазы (ТС), с которой ТС взаимодействует целая группа противоопухолевых препаратов (5-фторурацил, фторафур, UFT, капецитабин и др.). Однако только с помощью Томудекса достигается прямое блокирование ТС. Томудекс вызывает снижение фолатной транспортной системы в клеточной мембране опухолевой клетки, превращается в полиглютаматные формы и эффективно блокирует опухолевый рост.Томудекс является высокоэффективным противоопухолевым лекарством. Томудекс разрешен для применения в онкологической практике в России.
