Abstract

A solitary hemangioma with thrombocytopenia and general coagulation disorders is rather rare disease. There are definite difficulties in diagnostic and treatment of this disease. In this article we describe two clinical cases of Kasabach-Merritt syndrome diagnostic and treatment.
