更年期不同族群女性在Baikal地区城乡居住环境下的自由基氧化参数

详细
论证:更年期过程可能呈现病理性进展,导致与其相关疾病的发展及更年期综合征的形成。通过评估非特异性脂质过氧化过程,可以确定对病理状态的易感性。已知影响这些过程的因素包括种族归属,但居住地域因素仍缺乏系统研究。
目的:评估居住在Baikal地区城乡的俄罗斯族与布里亚特族更年期女性的自由基氧化及抗氧化防御参数,以明确地域因素对当地人群的作用特征。
方法:本研究纳入344名更年期女性,分为四组:俄罗斯族城市组(n=115)、俄罗斯族农村组(n=43)、布里亚特族城市组(n=129)、布里亚特族农村组(n=57)。在所有女性中测定脂质过氧化参数:孤立双键底物水平、二烯共轭物、酮二烯与共轭三烯,以及硫代巴比妥酸反应物。抗氧化防御的评估包括超氧化物歧化酶活性、血液总抗氧化活性、α-生育酚与视黄醇浓度、还原型与氧化型谷胱甘肽水平及其比值。差异以p<0.05为显著标准。
结果:与城市女性相比,居住在农村的俄罗斯族女性表现出更高水平的孤立双键底物(p=0.013)、二烯共轭物(p=0.018)、酮二烯与共轭三烯(p=0.047)、硫代巴比妥酸反应物(p=0.011)、超氧化物歧化酶活性(p<0.001)、氧化型谷胱甘肽(p=0.006),以及更低的视黄醇(p=0.001)、还原型谷胱甘肽(p<0.001)和谷胱甘肽还原/氧化比值(p<0.001)。在布里亚特族农村女性中,也观察到孤立双键底物(p<0.001)、二烯共轭物(p=0.001)、酮二烯与共轭三烯(p=0.001)、硫代巴比妥酸反应物(p<0.001)、超氧化物歧化酶活性(p=0.009)、α-生育酚(p=0.043)及氧化型谷胱甘肽(p=0.008)均高于城市居民。种族差异仅见于城市女性:俄罗斯族女性的酮二烯与共轭三烯(p=0.008)、硫代巴比妥酸反应物(p<0.001)、α-生育酚(p<0.001)、视黄醇(p<0.001)、还原型谷胱甘肽(p<0.001)及谷胱甘肽还原/氧化比值(p<0.001)水平均较高。
结论:Baikal地区的生态特征对该地区主要民族更年期女性的自由基稳态具有显著影响。
