多重化学敏感性水平与毒性负荷症状严重性之间的关系

论证。环境因素暴露,包括低浓度化学物质,与多重化学敏感性及毒性负荷症状的发生密切相关,已成为公共健康领域的重要问题。
目的。分析并定量评估Krasnodar Region居民中,多重化学敏感性水平,由Quick Environmental Exposure and Sensitivity Inventory (QEESI)评估,以及毒性负荷症状严重程度,由Medical Symptom/Toxicity Questionnaire (MSQ)评估之间的关系。
方法。开展横断面研究,分析50名“EcoMedic”网络平台用户填写的QEESI与MSQ问卷数据。参与者平均年龄为42.3±10.5岁,其中女性占68%。统计分析包括描述性统计与Spearman相关分析。
结果。QEESI总分为102.06±35.29,MSQ总分为80.06±24.28。QEESI总分与MSQ总分之间存在显著正相关(r=0.649,p<0.001)。MSQ中“其他症状”类别与QEESI总分呈中度相关(r=0.283,p=0.046)。
结论。本研究结果证实多重化学敏感性与毒性负荷水平之间存在联系,并强调QEESI与MSQ问卷在筛查中的价值,这些工具可用于生态医学中相关策略的制定。
