Ментальная экология в эпоху социальных вызовов: фокус на коморбидность депрессивных и тревожных расстройств

Аннотация
Данный обзор представляет систематизацию сведений о клинических характеристиках коморбидности депрессивных и тревожных расстройств, включая стресс-ассоциированные расстройства, в рамках парадигмы ментальной экологии. В нём исследуются ключевые вопросы этиопатогенетических моделей и способы оптимизации персонализированной терапии этой категории пациентов, направленные на уменьшение медико-социальных рисков и укрепление ментального здоровья в условиях современных социальных вызовов. Методической основой для работы стали материалы Всемирной организации здравоохранения и открытые источники баз данных Scopus и Web of Science по проблемам коморбидности депрессии и тревожных расстройств. Проанализировали исследования с количественными данными, включая систематические обзоры и метаанализы. С учётом роста научной активности рассматривали как опубликованные статьи, так и препринты на русском и английском языках. Поиск осуществляли по комбинациям ключевых слов и контрольному словарному запросу, охватывающим термины «ментальная экология», «коморбидность», «депрессия», «тревожные расстройства», «стресс», «посттравматическое стрессовое расстройство», «персонализированное лечение». Для оценки медико-социальных рисков также осуществляли поиск материалов по вопросам алкогольной зависимости и злоупотребления алкоголем — распространённым проблемам среди данной группы пациентов.
