北极地区居民生态行为研究:以Vorkuta和Usinsk市政区为例

论证:俄罗斯北极地区是具有重要经济与地缘战略意义但生态脆弱的宏观区域,其可持续发展面临严峻威胁。单一产业结构使得北极地区在很大程度上依赖于城市支柱性企业的环境政策和社会责任。在这种条件下,居民的生态行为成为稳定局势与推动环境保护举措的重要因素。同时,企业的发展阶段及累积的生态损害决定了居民对环境问题及自身责任的认知。因此,分析北极单一产业城市居民在社会经济背景下的生态态度分化具有重要现实意义。
目的:揭示居民在不同生态损害累积水平和城市支柱性企业生命周期阶段下的生态态度特征。
方法:开展横断面问卷调查研究,研究框架基于 S.H. Schwartz 提出的规范激活理论(Norm Activation Model)。设计了自主编制的社会学问卷,用于测量居民生态态度及生态行为实践。实证数据来自Komi Republic的Vorkuta和Usinsk两个市政区居民的问卷调查(n=513)。主要研究方法包括统计分析与结构方程建模。
结果:研究识别出Vorkuta和Usinsk市政区居民在对生态环境状况感知上的地域性特征,以及在生态行为构成要素评价上的差异。尽管生态议题并非居民的首要关注点,但他们对生活垃圾和生产活动造成的环境污染表示不满。同时揭示,居民对环境污染后果的认知形成、对解决生态问题责任边界的界定以及对个人贡献可能性的信心提升,都会在其生态态度上产生积极反映。在Vorkuta市政区的实证分析验证了所编制问卷与规范激活理论的一致性,并据此构建了适用于研究对象的环境保护规范激活模型。
结论:在不同生态损害累积水平和支柱性企业生命周期阶段下,居民的生态态度虽有共性趋势,但在生态问题责任归属的认知上表现出差异。未来研究将聚焦于改进问卷工具、纳入更广泛的影响因素,并扩展至新的研究区域。
