利用 P300 事件相关听觉诱发电位法研究俄罗斯联邦北极地区患有动脉高血压的老年男性的认知功能

目的:研究动脉高血压对认知功能的影响。通过评估与 P300 事件相关的听觉潜能,研究动脉高血压对认知功能的影响,研究对象为俄罗斯联邦北极地区 60-74 岁接受降压治疗且动脉高血压得到控制的男性,以及未服用降压药或定期和不定期服用降压药但血压未得到控制的男性。
材料和方法。居住在阿尔汉格尔斯克的动脉高血压男性(64 人)和非动脉高血压男性(19 人)参加了研究。研究人员使用 “Neuron-Spectr-4/VPM ”脑电图仪(俄罗斯 “Neurosoft ”公司),采用怪球范式记录 P300 和 N2 分量。血压(BP)由自动眼压计 A&D Medical UA-668 (日本)测量。
测量结果 在没有动脉高血压的男性和动脉高血压得到控制的男性中,收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)的中位值均在正常范围内,N2和P300潜伏时间以及P300振幅大小在组间没有发现差异。在未服用降压药或定期和不定期接受降压治疗,但未控制血压且 CAD 和 DA 超过正常值的男性中,观察到左侧顶叶区(P3)、中央区(C3)、中颞区(T3)和右侧额叶区(F4)的 N2 潜伏时间延长、 右侧颞叶内侧和额叶切面(T4、F4)的 P300 潜伏时间延长,前胸(F8、F7)脑切面的 P300 振幅中值下降,这表明注意力缺失,信号的初级识别和区分时间增加,信息处理和决策速度下降。
结论 在老年男性中,CAD 超过 140 mmHg 和 DA 超过 90 mmHg 与认知能力下降有关,这是由与 P300 事件相关的听觉诱发电位确定的。
