急性放射损伤的预防、诊断、治疗和康复的临床建议:发展的相关性和病理学的基本分类

在提供医疗服务方面,国家对公民的保障是通过医疗机构遵守临床建议来实现的。然而,过度暴露于辐射而导致的急性疾病(病症)并没有被纳入实际病理的范围,以制定相应的临床指南。目前的事态发展增加了急性辐射病理学与医疗保健系统的相关性,并确定了此类病例在有辐射危害设施的工作人员和民众中的高风险。因此,有必要制定关于急性辐射损伤的预防、诊断、治疗和康复的国家临床建议。对1970年至2023年期间NEB、PubMed和Medline数据库进行了分析审查,内容涉及辐射过度受害者的预防、诊断、治疗和康复问题。此外,还分析了在俄罗斯联邦制定关于急性辐射伤害受害者医疗护理问题临床建议的规范性法律基础。制定了与急性辐射病理学相关的基本术语及其定义。在制定临床建议时,术语的统一是必要的。介绍了急性辐射病变的基本分类,根据电离辐射源的特殊性和急性辐射照射条件的个体特殊性,对各种可能的疾病(病症)临床形式及其病因变异进行了系统化。根据对国家和世界现有的急性放射病理学系统化经验的总结,确定了急性放射病灶临床分类的备选方案。总体而言,制定一套关于急性辐射损伤的预防、诊断、治疗和康复的临床建议的适宜性已得到证实,这些建议涵盖了由过度(不受控制、不受管制、意外)放射引起的各种实际临床疾病。这表明,确定在能够导致急性辐射病变发生的剂量范围内,超标准人体辐射所引起的疾病(病症)和疾病群组的实际清单,对于部门医学和整个国家的医疗保健系统来说,都具有纯粹的现实意义。
