论证。脑性瘫痪(cerebral palsy, CP)儿童必然存在运动功能障碍,其中步行/步态功能障碍占据核心位置。传统三维步态视频分析因成本高、研究过程复杂而在实践中受限。采用惯性传感器的仪器化步态分析能够解决这些问题,而研究其在不同痉挛型CP中的指标特征具有现实意义。
目的。采用基于惯性传感器的仪器化步态分析,研究不同痉挛型脑性瘫痪儿童的步态特征并识别关键病理步态模式。
方法。本研究为观察性、单中心、回顾性、全样本研究。在Russian Children’s Clinical Hospital儿童医学康复科,对2021年7月至2024年11月期间初诊、确诊为脑性瘫痪儿童的88份仪器化步态分析报告进行分析。
结果。依据采用惯性传感器的步态仪器分析结果,明确了不同痉挛型脑性瘫痪——偏瘫、双瘫、四肢瘫——所对应的关键病理性步态标志,同时还识别出偏瘫患儿非瘫痪侧下肢的代偿性步态改变。
结论。所识别的主要病理步态模式对于制定不同痉挛型脑瘫儿童的康复优先任务具有重要价值。
