Abstract

The stringent environmental requirements make bedrock a resource for hydraulic construction. A method for calculating the hydraulic conductivity of a symmetric rock mass with fractures of limited length is described. Curves of the hydraulic conductivity versus the width and length of fractures are presented. A general method for combining the calculated vales of hydraulic conductivity and the data of standard hydraulic testing is considered.
