Syphilitic a multiple giant aortic aneurysm

Abstract

In recent years there has been growth in the number of clinical manifestations of late forms of syphilis with damage to the cardiovascular system. This fact makes it necessary to conduct a careful examination of patients with aortic aneurysms and similar lesions of the cardiovascular system. The article gives an overview of modern literature of giant syphilitic aortic aneurysms. The clinical case of multiple syphilitic aneurysm with compression of nearby organs, revealed in vivo is described. The data of instrumental, histopathology, immunohistochemical methods of investigation and the operation are presented.
