Аннотация
Magnetic nanocomposites based on Beta zeolites and magnetite nanoparticles modified with polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride are synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Particles of an average size of 100–200 nm characterized with magnetic moments and a high sorption capacity towards the model drug, thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), are obtained. The characteristics of the developed magnetic nanocomposites enable us to consider them as promising materials serving as a base for the development of targeted drug delivery systems.
