Analysis of the factors affecting the morphology of the product of laser deposition of metals

Аннотация

Using an example of a laser-induced deposition of metals from a solution onto a substrate, we have considered a problem of controlling material nanostructuring. Equations describing the kinetics of deposition process are proposed.
