Abstract

The results of processing of an OT4-0 titanium plate surface in media of C2H5OH + H2O and liquid argon by radiation of a pulse-periodic Nd:YAG laser with subnanosecond pulses are presented. A change in current-carrying properties of structures synthesized in C2H5OH + H2O is studied. The effect of subsequent influence of HNO3 + HF acid solution on laser-induced structures is considered.
