Abstract
Currently, there are many types of virtual displays and new types arise every year. However, their vast majority appear technically inapplicable because they are inconsistent with a number of key factors related to the eye physiology. In this paper, we present the general requirements for optical systems of virtual displays, taking into account human eye physiology.
