Abstract
In this paper, we present the results of the study of a multiplier based on a traveling wave tube with a sheet electron beam and slow-wave double-grating structures. Device configurations with the possibility of obtaining an output power above 60 W at the second harmonic frequency of 190 GHz with an input power of about 10 W at the first harmonic frequency were determined.
