Natural and Industrial Background Irradiation Doses for the General Public

Abstract

This article contains information on the content of radionuclides in air in the sanitary-hygienic and observation zones of objects, in open-reservoir water located in the sanitary-hygienic and observation zones, and in locally produced food products. Data are presented on the most representative radiation exposure for the general public under normal operating conditions of industrial sources as well as on the radiation conditions and radiation exposure for the public in 2013 on territory within the jurisdiction of the Federal Medical-Biological Agency of Russia.
