Determining the Magnetization of Thin Films by Measuring Torque

Abstract

The magnetization of a film at different magnetic field strengths can be determined by measuring the torque to quantify the magnetization of different magnetic structures of thin films. Fulfillment of the condition of uniform rotation can thus be monitored.
